| Gary Zaremba, President: Mr. Zaremba has over 15 years of executive level experience in the construction field. He has managed all phases of building projects throughout the Northeast. As a seasoned professional, Mr. Zaremba has diagnosed waterproofing and structural problems at thousands of buildings. Mr. Zaremba is a graduate of Emerson College and is a Master’s Candidate at Brooklyn College. In addition, he has several real estate holdings, which enables him to better understand the owner’s side of building maintenance.Mr. Zaremba is a frequent lecturer on construction issues, a regular contributor to various industry journals and is an active member of several trade groups. | Chris Yacono, Director of Operations: Mr. Yacono has worked in construction business for over 18 years. He is an all around tradesman with the ability to instruct plumbers, roofers, carpenters, electricians and masons with equal ease. Having gut rehabilitated housing stock around New York City, he knows how to coordinate numerous conflicting interests to achieve a common goal. At the same time Mr. Yacono’s design skills allow him to work with Architects and Engineers to bring in projects on time and within budget. Mr. Yacono is a graduate of the NYU School of Real Estate and Construction. He is a Licensed Rigger, has his Certificate of Fitness from the NYC Fire Department is OSHA Certified and trained on the CAD architectural program. In addition, he has participated in numerous industry training seminars over the years. |
| Pepe Rodriquez, Senior Project Manager Mr. Rodriguez has been working as a mason and roofer for over 16 years. As a first rate stone mason he can rebuild decorative terracotta or form out a foundation wall with equal ease. Having worked in Europe for several years, he brings “old world” craftsmanship to every project. Also, his years of experience allows him to diagnose leaks and help design waterproofing plans for many clients. Mr. Rodriguez is skilled at working in the air on scaffolds and has a flawless safety record for Artisan. He has run crews of up to 45 workers smoothly and efficiently for a variety of upper echelon clients. |
| Manny Rodriguez, Senior Field Foreman 30 years of running men, laying brick and restoring stone is what Mr. Rodriguez brings to Artisan’s clients. Trained in Europe carving stone rebuilding decorative castings at some of Spain’s finest monuments, he applies this knowledge to New York’s deteriorating buildings. Schooled in site safety by OSHA and in rigging by the NYC Department of Buildings, Mr. Rodriguez makes sure all the crew are doing the work as specified and keeping the jobsite safe and clean. |

Consultant Mr. Yacono combines excellent construction knowledge with thorough computer skills to further Artisan Restoration Group's presence beyond the construction site. He researches, develops, and implements new means of communications at every level. From telephone integrations to web design, Mr. Yacono works hard to improve the day to day function of Artisan Restoration Group. |
